– Usage Policy/Copyright –

  • NO AI/NFT

  • Commissions are for personal (non-profit) use only
  • The client may post, edit, crop, and print the commissioned work for personal use
  • I, as the artist, reserve the right to post and use my artwork in any form

– Process –

Fill in The Form → Send E-Mail → Commission Accepted → Composition → Full Payment Upfront → Sketch → Revision → Final Artwork 

  • Each commission typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete
  • Don’t accept the commission of tight deadlines
  • I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable
  • If no response is received via email regarding your commission request after 72 hours, it means that there is no slot available at present
  • The canvas is usually A5 size, 300dpi. The canvas size will be adjusted depending on the specific needs of the picture
  • Only handle completed character designs, and do not design a new character with the provided description

  • The prices depend on the details and complexity.

     (e.g. fussy clothing, accessories, decorative items, backgrounds, etc.)

  • After receiving the sketch, please list all the areas that need to be modified at once in an email. I will send the revised sketch after receiving the email and ask for your confirmation again. After the revised sketch is confirmed, I will keep working on your commission until the final artwork is completed. (which means that only one round of change on the commissioned piece is included in the price)

  • Simple modifications or color adjustments that will not affect the composition can be made after the final artwork is ready
  • You will only receive digital art files (png), and the source file and the printed version of commissioned piece will not be provided
  • Sending a commission application is equivalent to agreeing to all the Terms Of Service

– Payment –

Paypal

  • Full pay up-front
  • Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal Invoice

  • Orders unpaid for more than 72 hours will be canceled

  • Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to continue with your commission
